I am so sorry for your loss. Phil was such a nice guy always smiling and laughing. He was so helpful to my parents the best neighbor to them. He is going to be missed so much. I will always remember his kind joking nature. My heart goes out to his family.

We are going to miss Phil's visits of popping over and saying hi. It was always pleasure .

My heartfelt condolences to the Young family.My memory of Philip is as a boy/young man and being friends with my son. I am so sorry to read of his early demise.

Phil and his former wife Debbie, were tenants in our apartment over us several years ago. I never saw Phil without that beautiful smile, although mischievous! That sparkle in his eyes and always so friendly. I ran into him a few months ago in Tops in WG and we were so glad to see each other. I told him I wanted to give him a big hug, but darn Covid prevented it. HIs wife came along and he introduced me as " the best landlord ever!". He will be sorely missed by so many. But now he is pain free. My condolences to his family.
