Condolences
I can remember seeking sanctuary at that house on many occasions and the door was always open. Barb was a kind gentle soul who never seemed to sweat the small stuff. The patience of a saint who frequently laughed right along with us at our shenanigans. That knowing smile and her gentle eyes will forever warm my memories, my heart. Rest In Peace Barb and give Mable a big hug for me. Love and hugs to the family. She will be missed.

I have so many wonderful memories of Barb. The smile and the twinkling of her beautiful eyes pop up every time I think of her. Her home was a refuge for many. A safe place to just be. I’ll never forget stopping in on the way to the bus stop midwinter and standing inside the door, in the warmth, beside Brownie’s raccoons, muskrats or whatever he may have trapped the night before. :) That home welcomed all that may stop by. I spent many an hour there with my dearest friend, Kathy. Barb’s sweet soul and endless patience and love shined through even when we may have made her upset. I never felt unwelcome there. Barb, I know you are with the angels now and that you can be free of the human body that constrains us. Until we meet again, I send the greatest of love to you and all the family and friends missing you.

To many great memories to mention about Barb. She was a wonderful woman with a great smile who made you feel like family no matter what!! Always opened her home to anyone who wanted a cup of coffee or just needed someone to talk to. She will be dearly missed by everyone who had the experience of knowing her! I am so glad to be one of those who knew and loved her.
My love and Prayers to the entire family. Always keep the memories alive!
