Condolences
It is with such sadness that I write this. Gail and I worked together at Beaver Valley and Severn Schools. She was a dedicated teacher and loved giving to her students. She suffered this MS but never gave in. She always had a smile and a good story to tell. Bob, I am so sorry for your loss. She will always have a special place in my heart with love. Suanne Smith
Unfortunately I haven’t seen Mrs. Stratford’s since i was very young and still at Severn Elementary School but she left an impression on. She had the patients of a saint because my class was far from calm. Always a kid word and a smile on her face. It breaks my heart to hear what she has been through the last few years but thankful to hear she is at peace. My condolences to the family and her friends. We were all so very lucky to have such an amazing woman in our lives.

There are no words that express how I felt when I heard of Gail’s passing. It seemed unreal. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Bob, Anne and the family. We knew eachother along time, friends, co-worker, never complaing, sharing good times and great memories. You were a great friend and you will be missed, RIP
I had the honor of being assigned to Gail's kindergarten classroom for my "junior practicum" assignment at Elmira College. Gail was a caring teacher to both her students and to myself. I enjoyed the time I spent with her and still have fond memories of that time (almost 30 years ago). May you find comfort knowing that she had such a deep impact on many, many lives.
Bob & Gary,
Sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Gail for 65 or more years at Lamoka Lake. She was a wonderful
friend and she will be sadly missed by all that knew her. May god bless all.
