It was very sad to hear about the passing of Tom. I first meet Tom when I started working at the Department of Assessment in 2005. He was my supervisor in the field division and in January of 2006 we moved into the newly created Assessment Assistance division. Tom was a kind man who had the patience needed to help the public, who came it with questions and problems. He was always helpful to his co-works as well. We shared a love of music which we talked about often, even staying after the work day was over to discuss. He was my mentor and friend, he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and all his friends.
