To Dick, Shelley, and all of Joy's family,
I had the pleasure and honor to have worked with Joy at H & R Block. I took the tax course that she taught and then she mentored and supported me when I was hired. She never lost her temper, always calm, cool, and collected. She was our leader and if we had a question or a problem, she was always available and ready to help us. Her clients loved her and many did not like that Joy had retired and would no longer be able to do their taxes. She loved her family above all else and I know how much you will miss her. I send you all my deepest condolences.
