Gary was pre-deceased by a son, David Charles. He is survived by his children, including Patty (Rob) Hildreth, Nevada; Joseph (Carrie) Pappa, Oswego; and Renee (John) Lenhart, Williamstown, several grandchildren, including Zachary, Ethan, and Allison Lenhart, Williamstown; Katherine (Nate) Waggoner, Sandy Creek; Demetri and Alexis Pappa, Oswego.
