Obituary of Marilyn A. Holley
Marilyn A. Holley, 76, of Painted Post, New York, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019, at Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls, New York. She was born in Van Buren, New York, on July 31, 1942, the daughter of the late Roy and Doris (Rood) Benson. Marilyn was a homemaker most of her life. She loved the Lord and lived for her family. She was a member of Kissimmee Christian Church in Kissimmee, Florida.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah Mae Holley; siblings, Marion Murphy, Donald Benson, Shirley Andrews, Richard Benson, Robert Benson, and Victor Benson.
Marilyn is survived by her children, Sandra (Paul) Peppard of Kissimmee, Florida, Richard (Terri) Holley of Campbell, New York, and Jennifer (Donald) Tuffley of Central Square, New York; sisters, Becky Stevenson, Trudy Harrington, and Mary Vorce; eight grandchildren, Deborah Cordes, Richard Holley, Christopher Holley, Nicholas Holley, Cassandra Holley, Joshua Wheeler, Abigail Tuffley, and Kimberly Tuffley; eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held privately by the family. Burial will be in Chapel Knoll Cemetery in Coopers Plains, New York. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Johnson University Florida, 1011 Bill Beck Blvd., Kissimmee, FL 34744.
