Obituary of Gregory M. Andrews

Gregory Andrews, 47, of Montour Falls, passed away unexpectedly on September 23, 2018 at Schuyler Hospital. He was born on March 29, 1971 the son of Elwood Harley Andrews and Lorraine Hotchkiss. Greg was a loving and devoted stay at home father. One of his favorite things to do was to watch all of his kids play sports. He coached CVSA youth soccer, enjoyed basketball, football, NASCAR and he loved to play a round of golf from time to time. Greg's favorite nights were spent with family and friends playing pool, game night, and sitting around the camp fire. He is survived by his fiancé of 9 years, Jackie Ann Collins of Montour Falls; a daughter, Kennedy Grace Collins of Montour Falls; two sons, Jonathan M. Andrews and Justin M. Andrews of Montour Falls; stepson, Kameron J. Collins of Montour Falls; his father, Ellwood Harley Andrews of Missouri; five sisters, Dedra A. Campbell (Steve Bursi) of Wayne, Diane M. Sutton (Terry Scotchmer) of Wayne, Pamela Andrews (Dale Anderson) and Deborah Andrews (Curtis Kruse) both of Missouri; Christine Andrews (Charles Drake) of NY; three brothers, Donnie Campbell of Wayne, Dennis A. (Nancy) Campbell of Bath, and Elwood Harley David (Gale) Andrews, Jr. of Missouri; special lifelong friends, Mark (Debbie) Holton of Montour Falls; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Lorraine Hotchkiss, and by his brother Daniel Thomas Campbell, Sr. on July 4, 2018. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of his life on Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 1-4 pm at the Montour Falls Fire Department.
