Obituary of April Wetzler

April C. Wetzler, 68, of Montour Falls, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Schuyler Hospital. She was born in Richmond, Virginia on January 31, 1947. She married Thomas J. Wetzler on August 28, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Montour Falls. April enjoyed watching television, drinking her coffee and spending time with her cats. She is survived by her loving husband and companion of 27 years, Tom; her mother, April Wilkins; sisters, Marie Trainham and Betty Lamm; brother Buddy all of Virginia; step son Thomas (Kathy) Wetzler of FL; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 2-4 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Montour Cemetery.
