Cynthia Terry
We were sorry to learn of Merle's passing. He was a great guy, always ready with a smile and a joke. Our thoughts and prayers go to his family.
I’m so sorry to have seen of Merle’s passing. He had a great life with his family and wife Lois. Prayers are for you and Merle
My condolences to the Cratsley family. Merle was great man. I was a Buyer at an Electronics Company and bought all of our packaging material from him while he was employed at Chesapeake Packaging as well as being a local girl born and raised in Schuyler County. I have very fond memories and always lots of laughter when Merle was around. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to read of Merle's passing. Another class of '59 member gone but not forgotten. We grew up together on Merchant Ave.and completed 12 yrs. at same school. Condolences to his family and friends.
My memories of Uncle Merle...
He was a jokester, life of the party, sarcastically funny, Odessa-Montour "historian", smart, and a jovial, kind man. He liked a beer and a good conversation that usually involved raucous laughter! He was an adoring husband, a patient and loving father to two beautiful and successful daughters, a proud grandfather, a kind father-in-law, a brother to my mom, and Uncle to me. He gave us all a stellar example of how to live a great life. We have lots of special memories of Uncle Merle that will become stories for us to share. We'll all miss him very much. Sending our sincere condolences to Cynthia & family, Beth & family, and our sweet Aunt Lois.
