Dear Penny and family, We are sad ! What a loss! There was only one Joe, Joe was Joe, no other quite like him!!!! How Brad loved their "country classic" music conversations. They really got into it.

I am so glad that you made it to Wyoming to visit Bill and Jeanie. You two created many wonderful and warm family memories. Keep those close to your heart.

Penny and Family, I am so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. He was a no nonsense kind of guy. I loved working with him. He was never afraid to tell me how he really felt. He will be missed by all who knew him. Keep your memories close at hand. I know that I will cherish my fond memories of him.
