Obituary of Robert B. Smith

Robert B. Smith, 62, of Odessa, NY, passed away on May 24, 2023. He was born in Montour Falls, NY on January 17, 1961, the son of Dale and Elfriede Smith. He graduated from Newfield High School and served honorably with the US Army. Robert worked in construction for many years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and the VFW. Robert is survived by his son, Michael (Dani) Smith of Etowah, TN; daughter, Candace (Mickey) Andrews; father, Dale Smith of Odessa; two sisters, Nancy (Jim) Brown of Athens, TN and Tammy (George) Cutter of Newfield; two brothers, Rick (Diane) Smith of Odessa and Tony (Doris) Smith of Groton; step sister, Peggy Jelliff; step brothers, Darrell Seymour, Dennis Seymour and Billy Seymour; and eight grandchildren, Leon, Violet, Lucian, Aldrin and Peregrine Smith, Katie Kelly, Jenny Morrow and Sadie Kelly. He was predeceased by his mother, Efreide Smith; step mother, Katie Smith; brother, Donald J. Smith; and daughter, Brandy Kelly.
