Condolences
Pam and Family, We just learned of Rocky’s passing…. We will always cherish him, his sense of humor, his dedication to the OMCS Class of ‘69 reunion committee and his ever friendly spirit. It was way too soon for Rocky to us. Please accept our belated and sincere condolences. Mike and Alice Learn.
Pam, Kyle, Kelly and grandchildren, we are sad and offer our condolences on Rocky's passing. He was such a close and dear friend to me and Ken and our children. We will miss his wit and his ability to be at the ready with a joke. Rock was such a friendly person and no matter where he was, even in France, he liked to talk to people. He was always checking up on his friends and we received numerous calls. For our OMCS Class of 1969, he was our reunion champion.
Our family will deeply miss Rock, but we also have very fond memories that will live on.
Peace,
Sandy and Ken Swab

I am so very sorry to hear of Rocky’s death. He was such an exceptional person. I remember him in high school having the same sweet nature and love of people he showed these last difficult years. Pam, you have been the most wonderful caregiver I have ever known! So very sorry for your loss!

So Sad to hear this news. Those of us that were fortunate to have the opportunity to grow up around Mr. Teeter are immensely better for it. There was never a bigger "defender" of the young men and women of Odessa-Montour or certainly Kyle's friends than Rock! He could scare the shit out of you, then give you that "grin" that just made you laugh. He was aware of and supported you in everything you were involved in. What a gigantic Presence. I am sad that I have not been able to sit at the end of the bleachers with him, while he gave an official an earful the past 25 years.......I miss it. It is hard to believe he actually cared what I was doing the many times he took the time to ask me. Mrs. Pam, My Good friend Kyle, Kelly,........In a day we all hope would never come, know that I will be sharing Rocky stories here in Tulsa with my family. Pillar of a man.
Always
Russ
Condolences to the Teeter family. Rocky was a friend from high school days. Good guy.
There is a funny story that Rocky shared a few times at our high school class reunions from our growing up years that I will never forget. Rocky, Bob Darling, and I were at Mark Sand's house. We started wrestling in the house. Mark and Rocky were on one team, and Bob and I were on the other team. Bob and Mark were wrestling each other and Rocky and I were wrestling each other. We were all holding our own. During a break Mark and Rocky went in the kitchen to strategize against Bob and me. When we started wrestling again Mark and Rocky exhaled with their mouth into our faces. They knocked us out with their really bad breath that they got from chewing on some garlic. Their breath was really bad.
Rocky, rest in peace my friend.
Pam and family, you have my deepest sympathies.
We shared many good times as a coworker, and good friend .You will be missed Rest in Peace Rocky . Pam, I'm praying for you and family in your time of loss . Sheila Teed
