You could not say Nick without saying Jean! They were such a loving, generous and hospitable couple. Visiting them was always a treat. Nick made the best homemade bread and the coffee pot was always on for anyone to share a cup. Nick’s strong faith in the resurrection, and love for his creator, was a shining example for all.
Nick and Jean were a huge part of my life for many years. They guided me in my youth on many occasions. Once a week we would get together study, have dinner and enjoy a game of cards. I will always remember you Nick for your jokes, you're wit and you will be truly missed as an inspiration and influence. May you rest in peace till the time is chosen for you to reconnect with your love Jean. ... Condolences to your family and friends and family and someone I will always be grateful to have known.
Nickolas Carbone was a loving grandfather to Chris and Emily his grandkids and great grand kids Sisi and Nicky. One thing I remember most was he was always there for us when we had a problem and picking on any one meant he cared about you. And countless times when we asked too many questions us kids would hear, 'go tell your mother she wants you'
