I remember all of the wonderful mittens and hats that she knit for me as a child, the elderberry jam she made, the tea parties she hosted for my daughter, and her love of animals. Sue has been a gentle and kind soul. I always enjoyed time spent with her. I remember when she told me she had put on a football helmet and wrapped herself in bubble wrap to iceskate the Dance of the Swan. It was on her list of things to accomplish...she did so much for the world by just being here.
