Obituary of Richard W. Robinson, Jr.

Richard “Rick” Wayne Robinson, Jr., 55, of Beaver Dams, NY passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Corning, NY on June 3, 1970 the son of the late Richard W. Robinson, Sr. and Gerry Lea (Murray) Orr and graduated from Corning East High School in 1990. He worked as a mechanic with Swarthout Recycling in Beaver Dams for many years.

Rick kept everyone’s machines running smoothly with skill and care. With his help it made everything easier. His legacy of friendship and love will live on forever and with everyone who knew him. He will be missed by all!

He is survived by his longtime companion, Wendy Kennedy; daughter, Lindsay N. Robinson; brother, Jonathan P. Orr; stepmother, Donna Robinson; and by several extended family members and numerous friends.

A Celebration of Life for Rick will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025 beginning at 4:00 pm at 1348 County Route 19, Beaver Dams, NY.
