Obituary of Frank J. Wheeler

Frank J. Wheeler, 63, of Montour Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025. He was born in Montour Falls on December 28, 1961and graduated from Watkins Glen High School in 1981. Frank worked most of his life in contracting.

He was predeceased by his father, Herbert Wheeler in 1961; mother, Naomi (Sutton) Fritzon in 2006; and brother, Herbert Wheeler in 2017.

Frank is survived by two sons, Christopher Wheeler (Colleen Speiss) and Jeremy Vitulli (Heidi); siblings, Mary (Bruce) Lawrence, John Fritzon, Kathie Fritzon and Diane (Jon) Eldred; grandchildren, Harley, Tony, Logan, Autumn and Lizzy; great grandchildren, Waylon and Morgan; and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, April 18, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY. A time for sharing memories will follow at 1:00 pm.
