Our heart felt condolences to Cathy and the entire VanZile family. He was a great man and those we love don't go away, he will always walk beside each and everyone one of you, and continue to live in your hearts.

Bert is such a great memory of my childhood. The stories and the friendship that our families shared will live on forever. The Christmas Eve visits. He had the best laugh!
Uncle Bert was my favorite Uncle but don’t tell anyone. He was such a part of my life when I was young, I spent a lot of time there when my cousin Carol was alive. We were so close. He was a great man and a good Uncle. Would do anything to help you. Loved him even though I didn’t get to see him much in my later years. But praise God will see him again someday. Pray for peace for all who are morning him at this time.
Bert VanZile is one of the best men I have ever met. He comes of a breed of men that are unique. He loved his family and friends. Honest hard working and always there to help anyone. I am blessed to know him and proud to be a friend.
