He was born May 28th, 1954, in Elmira, NY., to the late Charles and Sharon (Swayze) Lynch. Jeff was a graduate of Waverly Central Schools and Boces for autobody and welding certification. In his early years he moved to Debary, Florida, where he was famous for his work. He was the owner/operator of his shop Debary Paint and Autobody. Jeff was an amazing car restorer, with many of his cars featured in several auto magazines and books. That's where he met his amazing wife, best friend, and caregiver, Marcia. Jeff was an avid hunter, classic car collector, loved his Harleys, and liked auto racing of all kinds. Jeff had a wit like no other and was an amazing story-teller, fact or fiction. He could make you laugh and cry at the same time. His family and friends will sure miss his love of a good story.
